CANCELLATION POLICY

If canceling or rescheduling after the 24hr mark of your set appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service. If you are more than 10 mins late or do not show, you will be charged 50% of the service. (Discounts will not be included) Understanding life happens, enforcing the cancellation policy will NOT be determined on a case to case basis. Please plan accordingly.

If you cancel or reschedule after the 24hr mark (2) times within a 6 month period, you will be required to pay 50% deposit upon each booking.

NOTE: Rain and Spray Tans do NOT work well together. If it is raining at the time of our appointment, please wear long sleeves and bring an umbrella with you.

By coming in, you run the risk of getting wet. Complimentary resprays will not be offered. Please plan accordingly.
